After we moved 2 years ago we used Renewal By Andersen to replace all of the original windows in our new to us 1981 house. Over 20 windows were installed in February with complete comfort. The whole process of ordering/installation/followup was top notch. Plus, we knew we were getting a quality product that would last us for all of the years we plan to be in our forever home. The warranty on their windows is the best in teh business. Everything looks fabulous – indoor/outdoor trim. Couldn’t be happier with the windows. Recently we were considering replacing some sliding glass doors that were also original and not very energy efficient, but we were nervous about bringing someone into our home for an estimate during a global pandemic. Corey from Renewal By Andersen of WNY understood our concerns and was super professional. He followed all recommended CDC protocols and really gave us a great customer experience in picking our new doors. We felt completely comfortable during this process and I would highly recommend Corey and Renewal By Andersen of WNY to anyone looking to update their windows or doors. Our experience was so great the first time around, we did not even get any other estimates when we were looking for our doors. We knew the value and service would be worth it!

We recently had our windows replaced by Renewal by Andersen and the service was excellent. John led our installation and he was friendly & professional as was the rest of the team. The installation was executed efficiently and completed before we expected. Our salesperson, Jon Kitts, stopped over during the installation to ensure everything met our expectations. Danielle C, the project manager, was a pleasure to deal with during the process. Windows look amazing and we have already received several compliments from neighbors. The entire team makes sure you are happy throughout the entire process from start to finish.

When my fiancé and I called Renewal by Anderson to schedule an appointment, it was only to get quotes for a couple windows in our home that had been nailed shut by the previous owners. As new homeowners with a wedding coming up we were already managing extra expenses, so the initial visit was just meant to get information. But, we were so pleased with our representative, Steve G., and by the product itself, that we ended up signing on to get the windows replaced! Steve was fantastic. He was very honest about the quality of the rest of the windows in our home (original Anderson's, still in great shape), and did not try to oversell us. He was very informative - there were so many things about windows I didn't know before! He was also very understanding about our situation, and worked to get us the best deal he could so that the window replacement could fit within our budget and timeline. We felt no pressure from him to buy, and we appreciated being able to "talk straight" with him about our situation and what we were comfortable with in terms of spending. We're looking forward to the installation and to have windows that actually work!

Very impressed with my sales representative, Zack Hill. He was professional, friendly and was extremely knowledgeable. Replacing my windows was a necessary, although not exciting, investment that I knew I needed to make. Zack addressed all of my concerns and made the process very easy. I'm confident I made the right choice and I am looking forward to my new Andersen Replacement Windows.

Zach Hill was our representative.
I was not going to make a commitment when he was here yesterday. I just wanted to gather information and then check around. I was so impressed by his presentation, his knowledge of the product that when he figured out the quote I looked it over and said let’s set it up. Our experience with Zachery Meding was both enjoyable and professional. He came to our home and was very knowledgeable about the product. He was able to guide us through the selection and ordering process. There was absolutely no "high pressure" sales. Renewal by Anderson makes and sells a top notch composite window. Their business model and warranties make it possible for my family to replace our 32 year old windows with what my research showed me are the best on the market, and in a very affordable way thanks to financing options. The salesman, Sam, did a great job using Zoom to teach us about their products and respected our concern about having people in the house during the covid-19 emergency. It was also very refreshing to work with the Regional Manager who answered all of our questions and did not try to oversell anything that we do not need. He is a professional with integrity and honesty and it has been a pleasure to work with him.

My wife called and asked for "a quote on replacing a window." Was told she would need 60 minutes & husband present, reiterated only wanted quote and husband not available, appointment set up regardless. Salesman came to where I was working outside house and asked me to set aside 90 minutes, I had no idea what he was talking about. She received him, I joined when done with work, we kept children out of the way while he took over 90 minutes. Asked how much we thought one new window would cost, we shared actual quote (~$530.00), he basically said we were lying. Then told me he needed answer right away, I explained we never did that, but would certainly call him tomorrow either way. Never did we ask for 90 minutes to be taken from us, in fact insisted we didn't want it. We were extremely gracious and welcoming to someone who insisted he take our time when we explained to scheduler and salesman we didn't want it. After he left, we did talk about it and agreed the product looks great but such high cost ($17,200+ for nine windows to match) was more than we wanted to invest in windows at the time (new home purchase with list of improvements).
Next day I called to explain the outlay was higher than we were prepared to go at the time. He told me he was a Catholic so he could tell we were lying from the start and I didn't need to waste the phone call. Quite frankly, if you insist on imposing on people's time when they tell you they don't want it, and then you insult them and call them liars when they treat you with courtesy, you should not be in sales. Andersen seems to have a great produce, but we will never, ever buy anything from them and will certainly discourage others from buying from them, because if you can't be civil you don't deserve to be in business.

Tom Jones was our sales representative. From the time he walked into our home, he displayed professionalism. He was not pushy and assisted us with making a decision that best fit our home and pocketbook. Would I recommend Tom to my friends and family? The answer is simple Hell yes! In fact when we are ready to replace more windows in our home, we will be calling Tom Jones.

We had a great experience with Jon LePore in our home today. As this is the home I grew up in we have emotional ties and don't plan on leaving. With that being said we were looking for a good quality product that we feel good about. Jon made us feel all around great about their product and presented everything very well. Don Ellis service Scott Peace Great guys did a great job made us feel like were important no matter what. Scott is great to deal with very easy to talk to about any thing. Scott and Don definitely show u that they take care of u and look at every detail I'm all ready looking with Scott to do the other door and after that windows. My mom at her place loves the work they did and is all ready saving up for the next job she wants done by wonder windows and I'm doing the same. Scott definitely came of and put his other jobs on hold to come back to my place to touch up some things and Don also did as well. Scott and Don are easy going and easy to talk to and want to do the best job. Great guys great company that wants to save u money and not take advantage. 6 stars after today thanks again.

Bob was thorough and knowledgeable in presenting the Anderson story. In addition he was congenial and it was a pleasure to interface with him. Most of all he was not pushy nor did he press hard for a sell. We will definitely be contacting him in the future (probably within a year) as we believe in the value that Renewal by Andersen provides.

We have lived in our home for 30 years and we knew some of our windows needed replacing. Jamie Shaughnessy spent quite a bit of time explaining to us the benefits of your product. He was very informative and he answered all of our questions. He helped us to understand the quality of your product. Great product. Great Sales Rep Corey Smithe! Corey made our experience at our in home estimate fun and informative. He was on time and looked sharp. First impressions always matter to us. He then impressed us with his knowledge of the product vs what we currently have. The best compliment we can give to Corey is not this review. It is to refer all our friends and family to him when they are navigating the rough sea of window salesman.

We had two visits from sales representatives. One quite a few months ago and a follow up visit today. Neither Tom Jones nor Jon Pore were pushy. They were knowledgeable and helped educate us about the replacement window market. We were sold on the quality of the product and decided to bite the bullet and begin our replacement plan a few windows at a time. Who knew that the windows take several months to manufacture as they are custom fit? So if we want a warm weather install, now is the time to order!

The sales rep (Caleb Mitchell) came out to do his pitch, and was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional.
After we agreed to to purchase windows, and signed the contract, he called a couple days later to tell us the final measurements were a little different and the project was going to be less than originally quoted.
The guy who did the final measurements (Jim P) was equally professional.

Zak hill met with me at my home today regarding new windows. He was so pleasant the whole time he was here. Several hours. He was so patient, polite and knowledgeable of the product he was selling. His math skills and computer technology were great.
